WellTrack is a free, online self-help program that students, faculty, and staff can use to address stress, anxiety or depression – before these issues get to the point of needing therapy or other mental health services. WellTrack can also be used as an adjunct to therapy.
WellTrack’s evidence-based tools are effective and easy to use. It is a secure and anonymous way for users to assess their personal well-being and quickly and gain access to resources tailored to help them make progress in changing thoughts and behaviors that are not working for them.
New this fall, WellTrack is offering a Resilience Course. It is available to faculty and staff, as well as students. This course was designed in response to COVID-19 and focuses on developing resilience during a crisis. This quick, two-chapter module can provide you with a strong foundation to understand the impact of COVID-19 on your mental health, to feel empowered to make positive changes, and highlight the supports you have in place.
WellTrack is provided to Illinois State students, faculty and staff by Student Counseling Services, Student Health Services, Health Promotion and Wellness and Campus Recreation as part of our commitment to the Eight at State initiative.
WellTrack is available online at ilstu.welltrack.com and access for the ISU community has been paid for by Student Counseling Services, Student Health Services, Health Promotion and Wellness, and Campus Recreation.
