Campus Spaces for Virtual Appointments

Students can access private spaces to attend virtual appointments at several locations on campus. Some spaces also serve as lactation rooms and may be in use; most are first-come, first-served unless noted, so follow each location's access and reservation rules and check building hours before visiting.

Bone Student Center

  • Lactation Room: Visit the Larry and Marlene Dietz Welcome Desk (1st floor) to be shown to the space. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Huddle Rooms (2nd Floor Concourse): 11 small meeting spaces available. Reservation required during Career Services office hours (Mon.-Fri., 8:00am-4:30pm). Outside of these hours, rooms are first-come, first-served based on BSC building hours.

DeGarmo Hall

  • Room 330A: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Julian Hall

  • Room 141A: Reservation required via Microsoft Outlook Calendar (search: JH 141A - Lactation Lounge). Note: Located inside the Women's Restroom - access limited to students who identify as female.

Milner Library

  • Room 425B: Request the key at the 2nd floor circulation desk. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • 4th Floor - Quiet Rooms: Multiple small enclosed spaces available first-come, first-served.
  • 5th Floor: Glass-enclosed small pods available. Study rooms are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Multicultural Center

  • Room 112: Open weekdays only starting at 9:00am. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nelson Smith Building

  • Room 205A: Located inside the Women's Restroom - access limited to students who identify as female. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

State Farm Hall

  • Room 439: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Team Rooms: Total of 9 rooms, located on each floor, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Turner Hall

  • Room 207B: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Watterson Residence Hall

  • BirdBreak Pods: Watterson Towers residents can reserve one of three pods in 60-minute blocks through the Housing and Dining Portal, available 24/7 when the hall is open.

Williams Hall

  • Room 310: Request key from the Student Affairs Office (Room 301)
    Available on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm only
