Get help with responsibilities that are distracting or stressful
Grow personal, academic, and career skills
Be a caring, loving friend, partner, and family member
Receive care after a traumatic event or diagnosis
Make healthy lifestyle choices
Improve daily life
Managing challenges due to COVID
Students can enroll in online therapy (i.e., chat, text, video, or phone) on the WellConnect website. To access ISU’s WellConnect site, please log into My Illinois State. In the Student Life tab, scroll down to the Support and Wellness Section, then click on “Schedule Counseling Appointment” and follow the directions for WellConnect.
Students can also call 866-640-4777, to speak to one of WellConnect’s student life specialists who will listen to your situation and provide referrals for services that best fit your needs. This includes connecting students to in-person therapy.
