The Feel Better Workshops are designed to provide information and strategies on topics such as managing stress and anxiety. The end goal is to help you feel better!
Feel-Better Workshops are one-hour presentations offered by SCS where students can learn skills to navigate challenging situations and emotions. Topics include "Beat the Blues"- how to use healthy coping skills to deal with stress and low mood and "All About Anxiety"- what exactly is anxiety and how it can be managed effectively.
